Delete your account
In the app: open Account (top of your collection) and tap Delete account, then confirm. Your account, check-ins, badges and label photos are deleted immediately.
Without the app: email Sonderlordproductions@gmail.com from the address you signed up with, with the subject “Delete my Varietal Voyagers account”. Everything is deleted within 30 days, and you get a confirmation email.
Producer and wine names you added to the shared catalog stay, because they are not linked to you. See the privacy policy for details.
Common questions
The app did not recognize my wine.
Label text is hard to read: decorative fonts, curved bottles and glare all cause mistakes. Correct the text in the search box, or pick the producer from the list. If the wine is not in the catalog yet, add it — the next person will find it.
How many bottles can I log for free?
Your first 20 bottles are free. The count is the total you have ever logged, so deleting a check-in does not free a place. A one-time purchase to unlock unlimited bottles is coming; it is not a subscription.
Can other people see my check-ins?
No. Varietal Voyagers has no public feed and no followers. Only the names of producers and wines you add to the catalog are shared, without your name.
Where does the wine information come from?
The catalog grows from what users add, and it is seeded with winery data from Wikidata, which is free to use (CC0).
